Red lentils, rice and a delicious blend of regionally inspired vegetables are brought together in a flavourful tomato broth. This vegetarian and lactose-free soup is rich in soy protein to give you all the energy you need.
EXPRESS PREPARATION (1 PORTION)
Add boiling water, mix well and seal bag. Let stand for 15-18 min., stirring once or twice.

Empty the contents of the bag in a big insulated bowl or a pot. Add boiling water, mix well and cover. Let stand for 15-18 min., stirring once or twice.
STOVE PREPARATION
In a pot, combine the cold water and the contents of the bag. Mix well. Bring to a boil, stirring constantly. Reduce heat and simmer for 1-2 min. Cover, remove from heat and let stand for 10-12 min.
